PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact panel two-shaft hinge to be reliably electric-operated. SOLUTION: The panel two-shaft hinge comprises a fixed frame fixed to a supporting means, a right-and-left turn frame mounted and supported on a first output shaft of the fixed frame, and an up-and-down turn frame mounted and supported on a second output shaft of the right-and-left turn frame and mounted on a panel.
