PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning of a rice polishing mill and to facilitate attachment/detachment of a resistance apparatus. SOLUTION: The rice polishing mill is provided with a rice-polishing screen set S comprising a pressing plate 10 having a pair of left and right clamp holes 10a, 10a at an upper part and having a support long hole 10d at a lower part and a bran-removal wire gauze 7 fixed to the pressing plate 10; a resistance apparatus set T provided with a clamp projection 32 provided on a front surface of the pressing plate 10 and engaged with the clamp hole 10a and a hooking part 29 inserted to the support long hole 10d; and a clip 36 rotatably provided on a flange part 34 of a rice-polishing outer cylinder and fixing the pressing plate 10.
