PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inconsistent production processes for producing commercial packs of boneless meat having an equal standard size, and while improving the process yield of necessary positions taken from fattened live birds, also packing and shipping the constant weight packs having a weight close to a set value as much as possible, simultaneously. SOLUTION: A method for treating the edible birds which comprises a pre-treating/an inside-removal process 2, a disinfecting/cooling process 3 of slaughtered bodies, a process for obtaining meats of each parts by dissecting/deboning the slaughtered bodies and a process of weighing and packing the meats comprises a process 4 of selecting the slaughtered bodies by body weights after the inside-removal process, processes 5 to 8 of obtaining the meats of each of the parts for each of the slaughtered bodies by dissecting/deboning the slaughtered bodies selected by body weights, processes 10-13 of weighing the meats, processes 14, 15 for packing each one piece or multiple number of pieces of weighed meats and a process 22 selectively distributing the part of the meats on the downstream side of the dissecting/deboning process, combining the distributed meats by each of the corresponding parts and packing for each of the set weights.
