The shelf bracket has a horizontal section (4) which supports the shelf and a vertical section (1), to which a resilient horizontal section (5) is attached which clips over the shelf. A hook (8) which curves upwards extends in the opposite direction from the clip and fits into a profiled support rail. An independent claim is included for the profiled support rail.
