DIPHENYLSULFONE DERIVATIVE AND RECORDING MATERIAL BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical recording material in addition to the sensitivity of color development and heat resistance of its base surface, excellent also in the heat resistance of an image, and a diphenylsulfone derivative.

SOLUTION: This diphenylsulfone derivative is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1and R2are each H or an alkyl; (n) is 1-6 integer; R3to R5are each nitro, a halogen atom, an alkyl, an alkenyl, an alkoxy, amino, an alkylamino, a dialkylamino or phenyl; (p), (q) are each 0-4 integer; when the (p) is ≥2 integer, the R3s are each the same or different; when the (q) is ≥2 integer, the R4s are the same or different; (r) is 0-50 integer; and when the (r) is ≥2 integer, R5s are each the same or different]. The recording material containing the above compound and a color-developing dyestuff is also provided.
