PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic opening of the mouths of continuous bags manufactured from a nonwoven fabric through a mechanical means to enable continuous automatic filling with an article, thus improve productivity. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is pulled out in a strip form with a given width. A fresh air cutoff band of a given width, which is unpermeable to air, is placed near both side ends of the nonwoven fabric in the direction of pulling out the fabric. The nonwoven fabric is so folded that the cutoff bands are counter to each other, and sealing parts of a given width are formed perpendicular to the folded nonwoven fabric at a certain intervals. The sealing parts are provided with perforated lines or severing grooves so as to be severable. The cutoff band is about 0.5 to 5 cm width, and is attached with a film sheet or a hot melt resin.
