PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably set the parameters for indicating the manner how to bring a squeegee into contact with the surface of a metal mask. SOLUTION: A region of an opening of the metal mask in the plane including the surface of the metal mask is referred to as an opening region, and a region of solder in the plane is referred to as a solder region in a state wherein the opening is filled with the solder for constituting a substrate which is supplied to the surface of the metal mask, by moving the squeegee 13 while keeping it in contact with the surface of the metal mask. In such a condition, there are provided a data acquiring portion 61b for acquiring opening data for indicating the opening region and solder region data for indicating the solder region, and a specifying portion 61c for specifying a non-overlapping region out of the solder region which does not overlap with the opening region by the acquired opening data and solder region data.
