POLYPHENYLENE SULPHIDE BLOCK COPOLYMER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

This block copolymer comprising a polyphenylene sulphide unit and a polyorganosiloxane unit is a polyphenylene sulphide block copolymer having a glass transition temperature within the range of 80°C or less and a weight average molecular weight in the range of 35,000-100,000 inclusive. The novel polyphenylene sulphide block copolymer has high flexibility as well as excellent heat resistance and heat ageing resistance.
