A method for producing super-oxygenated and structured water is provided. The method includes receiving water from a source, preconditioning the water for electrolysis, performing electrolysis on the preconditioned water to produce alkaline water, combining the alkaline water with oxygen, spinning the alkaline water/oxygen combination, and outputting super-oxygenated and structured water.
