PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geographic information communication device for disaster prevention in which information of a disaster area etc. is easily drawn and easily transmitted to the other system and utilized. SOLUTION: The geographic information communication device for disaster prevention comprises; an input section 10 for inputting data collected in the disaster area etc.; a GPS data receiver 20; a processor 30 for processing data input from the input section 10 and the GPS data receiver 20; a display section 40 for displaying the data processed in the processor 30; a memory section 60 for storing the data displayed in the display section 40 and data transmitted by a communication control means 50; and a transmitter/receiver section 70 for transmitting/receiving data to/from the other devices.
