PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio-control station which enables two mobile communications systems in the same area to coexist. SOLUTION: For each of two mobile communications systems existing in the same area, the radio-control stations 5 and 6 terminate control signals for mobile stations 1 and 10 and establish various kinds of broadcast information. The radio-control station has a control means of deciding a radio base station to be selected, when the mobile stations 1 and 10 are in a standby status, from among radio base stations capable of providing service of one system only and those capable of providing services of both systems, by referring to subscriber information on the mobile stations; and informing the mobile stations 1 and 10 of the radio base station to be selected, in the procedure of terminating the communication.
