PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive ladder fixing device capable of smoothly and easily fixing a ladder to a peripheral facility by operating from below the ladder. SOLUTION: This ladder fixing device is used by leaning against a column, and is characterized by having a pair of rope fixing tools 3 and 3 freely attachable-detachable to an upper part of two respective rod-like bodies 1b and 1b for constituting the ladder 1, a rope 4 for fixing the ladder 1 to the column P via the rope fixing tools 3 and 3, and a rope operation tool 7 for guiding and operating the rope 4 from below the ladder 1.
