PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an unlocking/locking device of an electronic lock capable of preventing the whole device from not carrying out the functions while a large number of electronic lock units independently function. SOLUTION: At least one or more electronic lock units enabling two-way communication to carry out are provided to a plurality of electronic equipment storage cabinets to be arranged, the electronic lock unit is the unlocking/locking device of the electronic lock carrying out unlocking/locking based on authentication information manually inputted or authentication information inputted through communications, and the electronic lock unit is the unlocking/locking device of the electronic lock preferably consisting of an input section inputting authentication information therein by manual operation, a memory section memorizing the authentication information of the electronic lock unit, a decision section deciding whether or not the authentication information inputted by manual operation or authentication information received by the communications is the same as that of the memory section, a lock driving mechanism carrying out unlocking or locking of the electronic lock unit by a correct decision of the decision section and the communication sections carrying out the communications of the authentication information.
