PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel structure which is good in appearance in order to pay attention to the design of a ceiling surface of a prefabricated room or the like, and can prevent fall or lifting of a cover for blocking a ceiling inspection port. SOLUTION: The ceiling panel structure is provided with the ceiling inspection port 1 and the inspection port cover 2 which is engagingly held in the ceiling inspection port 1 via an engaging fitting 4. In the ceiling panel structure, an erect piece 1a which has a folding portion 1b folded back from an upper edge in an external downward direction, is formed along the entire peripheral edge of the ceiling inspection port 1. On the other hand the cover 2 has an engaging piece 2c formed along the entire peripheral edge thereof, which is formed of a rise portion 2a and a flange portion 2b serially extended outward from an upper edge of the rise portion 2a. The engaging fitting 4 is formed of a mounting portion 4a which is mounted on the flange portion 2b of the cover 2, and an engaging portion 4b which is serially extended from one edge of the mounting portion 4a and engageable with the folding portion 1b when the flange portion 2b is mounted on an upper edge 1c of the erect piece 1a.
