PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver for attaining improvement of a C/N level by applying weighting to amplitude components of each element by transmission path estimation and thereafter carrying out frequency diversity composition. SOLUTION: The OFDM receiver respectively includes a plurality of systems of: time domain processing sections 3<SB>1</SB>, 3<SB>k</SB>for obtaining DFT (discrete Fourier transform) window positions received by antenna elements 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>k</SB>by each symbol; DFT means 4<SB>1</SB>, 4<SB>k</SB>for applying DFT to the OFDM signals on the basis of the DFT window positions; SP demodulation means 5<SB>1</SB>, 5<SB>k</SB>for correcting outputs of the DFT means by using a result of the transmission path estimation by each carrier on the basis of SP signals and includes: a weight generating means 8 for generating weight coefficientsα<SB>1i</SB>,α<SB>ki</SB>as to each system and each symbol on the basis of signals from the time domain processing sections; and a space diversity composite means 6 for carrying out space diversity composition on the basis of output signals f<SB>1i</SB>, f<SB>ki</SB>, g<SB>1i</SB>, g<SB>ki</SB>from the SP demodulation means and the weight coefficientsα<SB>1i</SB>,α<SB>ki</SB>.
