PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a data management method which can make an access time to the latest data nearly constant regardless of the update frequency of data in a flash memory. SOLUTION: In the flash memory, a plurality of buffers are arranged in an array. For writing data, data to be written is written from the headmost buffer of the plurality of buffers in order. Into the subsequent buffers, all the addresses of buffers into which data has been written are written in order. For replacing old data with new data, the new data is written into a free buffer next to the buffer group into which data has been written. Furthermore, into the subsequent buffers, all the addresses of buffers into which data to be read has been written are sequentially written, and at that time in a position for writing the address of a buffer into which the old data has been written, the address of a buffer into which the new data has been written is written instead.
