PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the enhancement of the degree of freedom of the design of a base without requiring the setting of a pressing place due to a peeling means by avoiding a joining rib forming place in a mold for molding a premium card for a game. SOLUTION: One groove, wherein a movable groove 41 and a fixed groove are continued, is formed so that the distance dimensions from the cavities of the deep ends of both grooves become the same dimension and, in the posture state of both grooves, the molding work of the base including the joining rib 16 is performed. By this constitution, though the joining rib 16 is molded by the combination of the fixed groove provided to a main fixed core 26 and the movable groove 41 provided to a movable ejector core 27 displaced so as to advance and retreat with respect to the main core 26, the irregularity of a high dimension is not caused at the molding part of the joining rib 16 due to both grooves and the joining rib 16 excellent in molding precision and dimensional precision can be obtained.
