PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill capable of exactly and smoothly performing drilling, even if the drill is provided with male blade and female blade set to generate clearance in a fitting state. SOLUTION: In this drill 1, the male blade 9 and the female blade 6 are loosely fitted. The male blade 9 is provided with a projection part 92 functioning as a first displacement preventing part to prevent paper sheets from positionally deviating from the male blade 9. The female blade 6 is provided with a blade part 62 functioning as a second displacement preventing part to prevent paper sheets from positionally deviating from the female blade 6.
