An endoscope sterilization appraisal apparatus furnished with a hollow part whose both ends are open, comprising a lengthy hollow body shaped like an endoscope having a conduit line; an exterior member including not only a first accommodation part for accommodating a biological indicator for sterilization appraisal of the hollow body and a second accommodation part for accommodating a culture fluid for culturing of bacteria adhering to the biological indicator but also, provided at given position, a communicating line for communicating the first accommodation part with the outside; and mounting means for effecting communication of the communicating line with the hollow part and holding thereof and for fitting the exterior member to the hollow body.
