摘要	PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a parallax in a stereoscopic video is provided to solve the problem that a user feels a fatigue due to a 3D effect. CONSTITUTION: A scene change judgement unit(110) determines the generation of scene change between a previous frame and a current frame of an inputted 3D video sequence. If a depth information analysis unit(120) determines the scene change is generated, the depth information analysis unit determines and compares a first depth of a previous frame and a second depth of a current frame. A depth information control unit(130) adjust depth information of the previous frame or the current frame by considering the difference between the first and the second depth information.
