PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna member in which the impedance can be adjusted while achieving wideband, and to provide its impedance adjusting method. SOLUTION: In the antenna member having two conductors 110a and 110b provided, respectively, with feeding points 120a and 120b opposing each other in a region shifted from the central portion of a resin sheet 102 through an air gap, an impedance adjusting portion 113 consisting of a plurality of adjustment patterns 113a-113c connected in parallel is provided in a part of the conductor 110a becoming the central portion side of the resin sheet 102 through the air gap out of two conductors 110a and 110b such that the angles to the adjacent sides of the conductor 110b are different from each other.
