PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a louver device to an electric appliance cabinet, and to accurately mount the louver device without being influenced by the plate thickness of a mounting part. SOLUTION: A circular cylinder 11 continuously provided at the front face peripheral edge of a louver mounting body 1 is fitted to a circular ventilation aperture hole 102 formed at a side plate 101 of the electric appliance cabinet 100 from the inside of the electric appliance cabinet 100 and projected outside the electric appliance cabinet 100. A fastening member 2 formed with an internal thread 2a is screwed with an external thread 11a formed at the peripheral edge of the circular cylinder 11 to mount the louver mounting body 1 to the electric appliance cabinet 100, and the front opening of the circular cylinder 11 projected outside the electric appliance cabinet 100 is covered with a louver cover 3.
