PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a proper image of a desired part of an image after image pickup. SOLUTION: An image picked up is displayed on a screen of a display device 9. A region 63 which makes proper brightness is set. The brightness in a region 61 is proper. A level correction processing of the image picked up is performed so that the luminance value of the image in the region 63 becomes that of the image in the region 61 as proper brightness.
