PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding iron core rectangular molding apparatus, a manufacturing apparatus, and a winding iron core in which a necessary rectangular shape winding iron core is formed under the normal temperature before strain annealing, and a molding core metal is unnecessary. SOLUTION: The holding/moving members 5, 6, and 7 are provided for deforming with curvature the iron core materials 1 which are cut into longer rectangular shapes and are overlapped with the ends displaced and also moving the same iron core materials 1 while holding the deformation, and rectangular winding core shape is formed by giving the predetermined plastic deformation to the corner. Temporary deformation is executed for the entire length with the curved radius considering amount of spring back with contact of the molding jigs 5, 6, and 7 of three or more points for the predetermined curved deformation length allowance.
