PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutral valve structure having compact and inexpensive construction while securing a neutral width without worsening the transmitting efficiency of a HST. SOLUTION: The neutral valve structure comprises a valve body slidable in the axial direction to be located at a shut-off position where a corresponding operating oil line is closed with liquid tightness and at an open position where the corresponding operating oil line is open to a low pressure region, and an energizing member for energizing the valve body to the open position on one side in the axial direction. The valve body has a shut-off side pressure receiving part for receiving hydraulic pressure from the corresponding operating oil line to thrust the valve body toward the shut-off position on the other side in the axial direction against the energizing force of the energizing member, and an open side pressure receiving part for receiving hydraulic pressure from the corresponding operating oil line to thrust the valve body toward the open position on one side in the axial direction together with the energizing member.
