PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window which prevents rainwater etc. from flowing to a building skeleton from between an undersurface of a sill and a top surface of a sheathing board. SOLUTION: The window has the sheathing board 10 mounted on the sill 5 of a window frame 1, the sheathing board 10 is formed in such a shape as to comprise a mounting part 11 which faces the undersurface 5a of the sill 5, and a sheathing board part 12 which overhangs to the outdoor side with respect to an outdoor side part 5b of the sill 5 and which overhangs rightward and leftward with respect to right and left jambs 6. A section between the mounting part 11 of the sheathing board 10 and the undersurface 5a of the sill 5 is sealed with indoor-side and outdoor-side sealants 20 and 21, so that the inflow of the rainwater etc. can be prevented. This brings about the window which prevents the rainwater etc. from flowing to the building skeleton 7, fitted with the sill 5, from between the undersurface 5a of the sill 5 and the top surface of the sheathing board 10.
