PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device on which a seat back, a seat cushion, etc. are connected through an interlocking mechanism capable of reducing force required in raising the seat back to an erected state from a forward reclined state. SOLUTION: A connecting part 32 of the interlocking mechanism 30 and the seat back 4 is constituted so that interlocking motion of the seat cushion 5 to an upper position by the interlocking mechanism 30 is prevented until the seat back 4 is erected at a specified angleθfrom the forward reclined state in erecting operation to revolve the seat back 4 to the erected state from the forward reclined state.
