PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an electric charge is not recovered in a signal line repaired by using a spare wiring line connected to an output terminal of a spare driving buffer used when a disconnection defect and a shortcircuit defect are repaired when charge distribution aimed at low power consumption is performed on a source bus wiring line in a vertical direction in a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: Charge distribution of the signal wiring line repaired by using the spare wiring line having high load as compared with the source bus wiring line is performed by providing a charge distribution means on the source bus wiring line also at the signal line repaired by using the spare wiring line connected to the spare driving buffer at the time of charge distribution and low power consumption can be attained.
