PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deterioration of quality due to transfer of wrinkle at a time of winding of second and third layers by eliminating wrinkle at a time of cutting and winding of soft web. SOLUTION: In a winding machine winding web W fed from a previous process around a winding core 1 continuously at every fixed length, a guillotine blade 3 enabling to cut and wind web without adhesion treatment on a surface of winding core 1 is built in a guide plate 4 in such a manner that the same can project and retreat, the guide plate 4 is provided with orienting a tip toward a contact of both between the winding core 1 and a winding guide roller 2 to use the tip of the guide plate as a guide of the web.
