<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight module, a backlight panel, and a display device having high light emission efficiency by using a laser beam source and a reflection part reflecting the beam from the laser beam source and changing passages of light, capable of reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The backlight module is arranged on a back face of a display panel 2 as a backlight. The backlight module 1 has a laser beam source 11 emitting laser beam LL, a reflection part 12 reflecting the laser beam LL, and a light guide part 13 guiding the reflected laser beam LL as main parts. The laser beam source 11, the reflection part 12, and the light guide part 13 are housed in a case 14 in order to reject optical effect from outside. A phosphor layer 17 is formed on a lower surface of the reflection part 12. The laser beam LL emitted from the laser beam source 11 is converted into a visible light by the phosphor layer 17 formed on the surface of the reflection part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
