<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card production kit hardly causing an error, and allowing immediate reproduction even when causing the error. <P>SOLUTION: A sticker member 110 formed of sheet-like paper is formed with a first area 112 and a second area 113 having the same size/shape, the first area 112 is stuck with an IC inlet 120, and a boundary between the areas is formed with easily bendable perforations 115.
