<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weatherable resin film which is suitable, for example, for a decorative film, a film for a solar battery, etc., as a film for an outdoor member owing to its high ultraviolet shielding effect and its chalking phenomenon suppressing effect. <P>SOLUTION: In the weatherable resin film, a light-proof layer 1 containing ultraviolet absorbing metal oxide particles 0.1μm or below in average particle size is formed on at least one side of a substrate resin film, and a light-proof layer 2 containing an organic ultraviolet absorber is formed on the surface layer of the light-proof layer 1.
