An organic light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a separator when forming an auxiliary electrode as a chrome layer. In an organic light emitting device, a plurality of first electrodes(220) is arranged on a substrate(210). A plurality of separators(240) is arranged on the first electrodes(220) in a shape of an island and includes a conductive metal material. An insulating layer(230) is formed to cover the separators(240). An organic layer(250) is formed on the substrate(210) to be defined by the separators(240) and the insulating layer(230). And, a plurality of second electrodes(260) is formed on the substrate(210) defined by the separators(240) and the insulating layer(230) to be crossed with the first electrodes(220). |
