An incinerator with a fixed type water-cooled combustion grate is provided to reduce emission of environmental contaminants by maintaining the temperature of a combustion chamber in the incinerator at a high level so that waste is completely burnt. An incinerator uses a fixed type water-cooled combustion grate(101), uses air(111) at a surface of a combustion chamber as combustion air(103,104), and uses a mixture(107) of high temperature combustion gas(105) of the combustion chamber and outdoor air(106), as combustion air(108). |
