PURPOSE: A fuel processing device with a magnetic coupling and an operation method thereof are provided to increase homogeneity of fuel and a fuel mixture, and fuel and a water mixture. CONSTITUTION: A fuel processing device with a magnetic coupling(300) includes a fuel homogenizer and the coupling. The fuel homogenizer includes a stator(420); a rotor(410) mounted rotatably to the stator; an inlet(402) for flowing of a fluid with a clearance(418) between the rotor and the stator; and an outlet(426) for flowing of the fluid with the clearance between the rotor and the stator. The coupling includes a driving rotor(310) having a first magnetic member(336); a driven rotor(330) having a second magnetic member(338); and a shaft(332) rotatably mounted around a longitudinal axis. The shaft is rotatably combined to the rotor of the homogenizer and the driven rotor. The first magnetic member rotates the driven rotor by transmitting the rotating motion of the driving rotor to the second magnetic member.
