<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional interest region setting method for easily setting a three-dimensional interest region suited to a target interest region to a displayed three-dimensional image, an image acquisition apparatus and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image is acquired in a step S1, and a three-dimensional binary image is prepared by binarizing the three-dimensional image by thresholds having an upper limit value and a lower limit value in a step S2. In steps S3-S10, the three-dimensional binary image is image-processed as needed, an optimum three-dimensional continuous region suited to the three-dimensional interest region is formed and set, and three-dimensional image measurement is performed in the three-dimensional continuous region. Thus, the three-dimensional continuous region suited to the three-dimensional interest region is easily acquired, and highly accurate image measurement is performed further. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
