<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system with an effective output and energy density of the system improved, capable of safely supplying fuel, and at that time, continuing to operate the fuel cell, by lowering power consumption for changing a hydrogen volume supplied to a power generating part in correspondence with change of generating current. <P>SOLUTION: A solid polymer fuel cell, a plurality of hydrogen supply parts, and a supply tube circulating hydrogen constitute the fuel cell system. Further, a space from the hydrogen supply part to an anode room is to be a closed space interrupted from outside, pressure control valves are provided adjacent to hydrogen exhaust ports of the hydrogen supply parts, with an output pressure of each pressure control valve made different from the other. Further, a coupler having a function by which hydrogen does not flow outside at the time of separation of the hydrogen supply part and the hydrogen can circulate at connection of the hydrogen supply part is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
