PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-size cold plate superior in accuracy in dimension, being easily manufactured at low cost and having high recyclability. SOLUTION: This cold plate comprising a cooling water groove inside formed by superposing a plurality of metallic plates having cooling water grooves at least one of superposed faces, and integrating them by an adhesive agent, seal members are respectively mounted on at least one of superposed faces opposite to each other, of the metallic plates, and the plurality of metallic plates are adhered and integrated by the seal members and the adhesive agent.
