PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a sensor for accurately detecting the temperature of a bearing even when the bearing is distant from the sensor. SOLUTION: The bearing device 10 with the sensor comprises the sensor 14 for detecting the operating condition of the bearing 13. The sensor 14 consists of a sensor casing 15 mounted on a shaft box 12 of the bearing device 10 and a temperature detecting part 18 arranged on the sensor casing 15. The sensor casing 15 is mounted on the outer peripheral face of the shaft box 12, and a heat conductive member 26 is arranged between the sensor casing 15 and the shaft box 12.
