摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a die cushion mechanism with high accuracy in spite of a change in mechanical characteristics. SOLUTION: The die cushion mechanism includes a spring element which is displaced according to the force between a die cushion mechanism and a slide, a force command means which commands the force, a force detecting means which detects the force, and a speed command creating means which creates the speed command of a servo motor based on the force command value commanded by the force command means and the force detection value detected by the force detecting means. In the speed command creating means, the speed command is created by multiplying the force deviation determined from the difference between the force command value and force detection value and the apparatus for controlling the die cushion mechanism constituted to change the force gain based on the spring constant equivalent of the spring element determined from the index of the force acting between the slide and the gain is provided. The index of force is a command value or detected value. The spring constant equivalent may be determined according to the displaced amount of the spring element or the position of the die cushion mechanism may by determined in place of the index of force.
