摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube excellent in electric conductivity by a gas phase method at a high generation rate. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is characterized by feeding into a reactor, a C- and O-containing raw material and a catalyst at an O/C ratio of 1×10-6to 150×10-6in the whole of their mixture.
