PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining stem-processing machine requiring no adjustment of length of a top link when the machine runs on an inclined surface and making the digging depth with a digging rotor constant when the machine runs on rugged ridges. SOLUTION: The remaining stem-processing apparatus 1 has a travelling body 10 and a remaining stem-processing machine 40 which connects a mounting part 41 to a three point link connecting mechanism 11 provided on the rear side of the travelling body 10 and digs up the root part of the remaining stems to draw it in from the root part side so as to be processed, wherein, the remaining stems are pushed down toward the front side in a traveling direction by traveling of the running body 10. On a mounting part 41, a top link connecting part 60 connected to a top link 11b of the three point link connecting mechanism 11 is provided so that the top link connecting part 60 is vertically turnable and can be fixed at a predetermined position. A pair of gage wheels is set on the front side of the remaining stem-processing machine 40 and near a digging rotor 47 provided at the front part of the remaining stem-processing machine 40.
