Provided is a low-frequency stimulator by using synchronized music, thereby promoting remedial value by generating a low-frequency synchronized with user's selected music. A stimulator(200) has a music playing member(220), a control member(210), and a low-frequency generating member(250). The music playing member plays music such as classic music, a pop song, a ballad song, and a folk song, and supplies the played music to the control member. The control member controls a low-frequency synchronized with music to stimulate a nervous system of a body's specified portion by sampling the played music and outputting the played music. The low-frequency generating member generates the low-frequency synchronized with music according to control of the control member.
