A high efficiency uninterruptible inverter is provided to save charged energy by obtaining a high power factor and a low distortion and to have no power obstacle due to harmonics by using sine wave current. In a high efficiency uninterruptible inverter, a microcomputer controlling unit controls a circuit and operation of each unit, and memorizes, stores, processes, and communicates set information. A power unit stably supplies control power to each control circuit inside an inverter apparatus. A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) rectifying unit(200) converts commercial AC power to stable DC power. A charging controlling unit(6) charges electricity. An electric condenser(8) stores electric energy. A discharging controlling unit(7) supplies electricity stored at the electric condenser(8) to a sine-wave reverse inverting unit(100) in case of a power failure or out of input permissible range. The sine-wave reverse inverting unit(100) reverse-inverts DC power to AC power of predetermined voltage and frequency.
