KEYPAD MANUFACTURING METHOD WITH WINDOW COVER FOR WIRELESS TERMINAL

A method for manufacturing a keypad with a window cover for a wireless terminal is provided to prevent erroneous operation of a key button by increasing elastic force during operation of the key button by forming a penetration hole according to a position of a key button. A method for manufacturing a keypad with a window cover for a wireless terminal includes the steps of: forming a protection coating layer to protect a flat sheet on front and rear surfaces of the flat sheet of transparent synthetic resin material(S10); removing the protection coating layer formed on the rear surface of the flat sheet, and forming a printing layer on the rear surface from which the protection coating layer is removed and forming a window cover to protect a liquid-crystal display at one side of the flat sheet and a keypad to control the operation of the wireless terminal at the other side of the flat sheet(S20); attaching a protection vinyl on the rear surface of the flat sheet(S40); and processing the flat sheet by the piece by processing the outer frame of the flat sheet according to the shape of the wireless terminal by using a cutting bite(S50).
