Provided is an inorganic powder-containing resin composition, which forms a transition film having excellent flexibility, adhesion to a substrate and easy-handling property and useful for the fabrication of a plasma display panel. The inorganic powder-containing resin composition comprises: (A) inorganic powder; (B) a binder resin; and (C) a compound having a melting point of 10-200 deg.C. The compound (C) includes polyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 500-10,000 based on the polystyrene standard. The inorganic powder-containing resin composition optionally further comprises a plasticizer, a multi-functional (meth)acrylate or a radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator.
