PURPOSE: A method of producing a functional dietary film composition by mixing starch with functional material containing capsaicin having an effect of inhibiting lipid accumulation, promoting blood circulation and retarding aging and xylitol having reducing effect on the incidence of tooth decay and then forming a film is provided. The film composition is effective in refreshing feeling and preventing sleepiness. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 50 to 60% by weight of starch, 20 to 30% by weight of xylitol and 10 to 20% by weight of capsaicin is mixed with a small amount of water and passed through a roller while heating at 70 to 80deg.C, followed by drying. For an example, 50 to 60% by weight of starch is mixed with 20 to 30% by weight of xylitol, 10 to 20% by weight of capsaicin and water, forms a film while heating and then dried. |
