Provided is a polyamide resin composition which is excellent in flexibility and impact resistance, can be formed by extrusion molding and is useful for a mandrel material. The polyamide resin composition comprises 20-50 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-grafted EP rubber; 10-40 parts by weight of a dimerized fatty acid; and optionally 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of an amine or phenol-based heat resistant agent, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyamide resin. Preferably the polyamide resin is a polyamide 6 having a relative viscosity of 3.0-3.5; and the dimerized fatty acid contains 18-56 carbon atoms and 1-4 carboxyl groups.
