A strobo module for a mobile phone is provided to be used without a color correction filter by emitting an artificial light source such as the sunlight. A strobo module for a mobile phone includes an oscillation section(20), a rectifying section(30), a detection section(40), an accumulation section(50), a scintillating unit(60), a selection section(70), and a trig section(80). The scintillating unit is an artificial light source for emitting the light and xenon gas is filled in a tube body. The trig section ionizes the gas filled in the xenon tube by applying a high pressure impact to the scintillating unit to generate flash. |
