A plastic chassis and a plasma display device having the same are provided to reduce the number of components and a manufacturing cost by forming seamlessly a chassis base and a supporting frame with one body. A plastic chassis of a plasma display device includes a chassis base(119) and a supporting frame(125). The chassis base and the supporting frame are seamlessly formed with one body. A part of the supporting frame is separated from a backside of the chassis base. A supporter is formed at a part of the supporting frame which is separated from the backside of the chassis base. The supporter is used for connecting the chassis base and the supporting frame with each other.
